The furnished apartment "Les Nymphéas" is located in an outbuilding of the owners' house, on the garden level.
With a surface area of 50 m², it can accommodate from 1 to 7 people and includes:
- a fully-equipped kitchen,
- a shower room with WC,
- a living room with a sofa bed and a pull-out bed, as well as tables, chairs and TV cabinet,
- an alcove bedroom isolated by sliding doors with two separate beds (or a large double bed),
- an individual room with a large double bed (or 2 separate beds) and a sink.
- a 7th extra bed can be added in the living room.
The apartment is fully modular: 2 double beds + 3 single beds, or 7 single beds. Two baby beds, a baby buggy and a baby chair can be provided free of charge, as well as a toilet reducer for children.
The rental includes: 2 private terraces with tables, chairs, barbecue, and a dedicated parking space. The whole is surrounded by 2500m² of enclosed garden with trees and flowers, with ponds, a terrace and a barbecue, and play areas (table tennis, darts, swings and baby swing).
EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Rotisserie oven, microwave oven, extractor hood, VMC, 4 gas / electricity hobs, electric kettle, 110L fridge / freezer, electric mixer / chopper, electric mixer and coffee maker, toaster, pressure cooker
BATHROOM: sink, shower, WC, washing machine, drying rack
ALCÔVE BEDROOM: 2 beds 80cm wide or double bed 160cm
INDEPENDENT BEDROOM: double bed 160cm wide or 2 beds
LIVING ROOM: sofa bed and drawer bed 90cm wide, tables, chairs, TV
TERRACES & PARKING: 2 private terraces, 1 dedicated parking
GARDEN: terrace with barbecue, table tennis, swings, etc ...

This contract is reserved for the exclusive use of approved vacation rentals and only French law is applicable to the contract.
Article 2. General provisions:
No modification (erasure, overload, …) will be accepted in the drafting of the contract without the agreement of both parties.
